We used our Nakd bars to create healthier Vegan Easter eggs perfect for the holidays!
It wouldn’t be Easter without some Easter eggs, so we played around with some of our Nakd bars to come up with a healthier solution to chocolate Easter Eggs! We’re passionate about bringing healthier alternatives to you, to make every day snacking moments convenient, nutritious and of course delicious. With that in mind, we came up with these delicious gluten free and vegan Easter eggs using just 3 ingredients!
They’re deliciously addicting, and you’ll want to make them all year round!
3 Nakd Cocoa Delight Bars
2 tablespoons Peanut Butter
45 grams dark chocolate
Cut the Nakd bars into pieces and add to a food processor along with the peanut butter.
Pulse until the bars and peanut butter combine to form a sticky batter.
Scoop one tablespoon measurements of the batter and shape into egg-shaped ovals.
Place balls on a lined baking tray.
Place in the freezer while you melt the chocolate
Place chocolate in a microwave friendly dish and microwave for 1 minute, until melted.
Remove the “eggs” from the freezer and dip into the chocolate. Move them around to coat them.
Place back onto the baking tray and allow them to set in the freezer for 5 minutes.
Store in the fridge
