How You’re Keeping Healthy – Our Favourite Community Pictures 


There’s nothing that makes us happier than when we get a notification on our Facebook and Instagram Pages and open it to see a happy customer sharing their favourite one of our snacks. Whether it’s creating healthy snack drawers at work so you don’t have to opt for a bag of crisps, adding them to your kids lunches or taking them along to races – it’s clear that this year we’re striving to be more healthy.


Little things add up and one of the easiest (and delicious) ways of getting healthy is looking at what you’re snacking on. Snacks are often something we grab without thinking and the downfall of our good healthy eating intentions. So when we see so many of you choosing our healthier alternatives as your snacking options we know we’re doing our job!


Aside from the taste (and our bars are the tastiest if you ask us 😉), what we’re most proud of when it comes to our selection of healthier alternatives is that they’re packed with real food, nutrition and are a grab and go solution to snacking.

I am so grateful for all your comments and all your compliments! ☺️💚 Here is the recipe, and thank YOU @naturesdelicacies for the inspiration: 1 tbsp @ohmega_nutbutters Peanut Butter 1/2 cup @almondbreezesa almond milk 1 pkt finely chopped @eattrek Cocoa Peanut Peak Chunks 1 serving @wazoogles Chocolate Moondust protein blend 1 Banana 🍌 Blend together and that’s it!! Just make sure the chunks are chopped into tiny pieces. I hope – if you want to make this shake – that you’ll enjoy the taste 😋 This protein shake will also help you stay fit and healthy 🏋🏼‍♀️ The Trek Chunks alone contain 12g protein and the Wazoogles protein alone contain 12g protein. So this shake is a sure way to get in your protein intake.
