Trek Chunks was one of the new additions we brought out this year and the most unique. We’re crazy about them and are delighted that so many of you are too. We were inspired by this smoothie and decided to turn it into a protein-packed Smoothie Bowl. A 5-minute recipe you can whip up for a delicious breakfast!
Makes 1 smoothie bowl
½ Cup Almond Milk
1 banana, peeled sliced and frozen
1 packet Cocoa Peanut Trek Chunks
1 tablespoon peanut butter
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and top with fresh fruit. Enjoy
